酵素(Enzyme) D.I.Y.

well, lets talk about the health care principle of drinking enzyme:
The human body secretes enzyme to digest the food in the stomach. But our diet custom by the prepared food primarily, forces digesting system secretes all enzymes, uses the enzyme from the organ, and ultimately creates excessive load to the digesting system organ, causing the disease. The affiliation of food enzyme's supplement can reduce the burden of the alimentary organs, help the human body to share sorrow. The enzyme can help to purify the blood, has the anti- inflammation and antibacterial action, help in decomposition of digestion, the promotion of new cells generation, improves the human body digesting system, the respiratory system, the immunity system, the endocrine system and the circulatory system operation, achieves the function of health care.

Ingredients:
The ingredients below are enough for a big holick container.
10 oranges, brown candy 2 packs, and 3 lemons.

Methods:
1. Wash the orange and lemon cleanly, and blow the moisture of the skin until dry. Then, cut off the skin and cut it into slices.
2. Fill in the container with the orange slices until 1/3 full, then followed by the brown candy and also the lemon slices.
3. Next, continue with the orange slices, brown candy and also the lemon slices.
4. Lastly, fill in the container with the orange slices, lemon slices, and also the brown candy.
5. After finish, screw the container tightly and waiting for fermentation. The whole course takes about 3 weeks.

Caution: please make sure that all the tools used are dry and free from moisture.

喝酵素能保健的原理:
人体分泌酵素以消化肠胃系中的食物.而我们的饮食习惯以熟食为主,迫使消化系统分泌所有的酵素,从器官及组织中取用酵素的储存量,造成消化系统器官的过度负荷,产生疾病.藉由食物酵素的补充,能减轻消化器官的负担,为人体分忧解劳. 酵素能整理体内环境,净化血液,有抗炎抗菌,分解消化,促进细胞新陈代,改善人体消化系统,呼吸系统,免疫系统,内分泌系统及循环系统的运作,达到保健的作用.

材料:
以下材料供大瓶庄好立克(Holick)份量.

橙适量（大约10粒）,冰片糖2包,柠檬3粒.

作法:
1.橙洗净,吹干外皮水份去皮切片.
2.先把橙铺满1/3瓶,按序铺上冰片糖及柠檬.
3.依序再铺上橙,冰片糖及柠檬.
4.后按序铺上橙,柠檬及冰片糖.
5.完成后盖紧,等待发酵,全程需3个星期.

注意：全部用具必须是干的，必要时请吹干。
