cheese tart D.I.Y
Tried to make blueberry cheese tarts at my home town before coming up to kl last sunday. This is the second time i make it. Here i put the receipe, u all can try to make it, it is quite easy.
My receipe
Tart Skin>
A)200gm butter (melt in room temperature)
100gm icing sugar
B)1 whole egg (not the 1 from fridge)
C)420gm normal flour
~1.mix A , + B and beat until smooth (光滑).
~2.+ C.
~3.put it into the mold and bake until half-baked
#180C, 15-20 min
cheese filling>
A)250gm Cream Cheese (melted in room temperature)
B)20gm butter (melted in room temperature)
C)60gm fine sugar (幼糖)
D)1 whole egg (not the 1 from fridge)
~1.A + B + C beat until floopy (松软).
~2.+ D.
~3.fill into the half-baked skin,bake until cooked.
180C,bake 10 min.
