Who can apply as pre-registered pharmacists in Singapore

记得上个星期六/日在星洲日报看到一个广告，是关于新加坡的药剂行要聘请药剂师，而这个广告是刊登在报纸的头版，应该是要聘请马来西亚的药剂师。

由于那个广告是在一间咖啡店的报纸上看到的，来不急抄下那个广告中的电邮，只好亲自电邮新加坡的药剂机构 (Singapore Pharmacy Council)。

收到的回复是：

A pharmacy graduate from overseas who wishes to apply to the Council for registration must fulfill the following:

a. The applicant must be a graduate with a university degree recognised by Singapore Pharmacy Council, and/or registered with a pharmacist registration authority accepted by Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Pharmacy graduates from University of Malaya or Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and who are registered with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board may apply.
- Pharmacists who are registered as pharmacists in UK or Australia or New Zealand or USA or Canada may apply.
- Pharmacy graduates from the Malaysian twinning programmes with Curtin University or University of South Australia and who are registered in Australia or Malaysia may apply.

b. The applicant already has an employment offer with an SPC-approved training centre. The letter of job offer and the position offered to the graduate must accompany the letter of application to the Singapore Pharmacy Council. The Council would not consider any application if there is no employment offer.

新加坡只recognised USM的药剂文凭，可是不包括USM的twinning programmes with Strathclyde University (USM有twinning with with Strathclyde University哦？)。UKM, UM的药剂毕业生可以申请pre-registration trainning，只要有跟我国的pharmacy board register就可以了。

可是hor,最重要的是，我的大学的毕业生呢？到现在都还没有recognised by Malaysian Pharmacy Board, 当然就没有机会了。注定我们要呆在马来西亚，替马来西亚政府做牛做马，做到像只驴子那样。
